These terms apply when you use practiceseminar.com or register for a seminar listed here. Please read them. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. About this service
Practice Seminars ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Business Lead Maximizer, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We run an education platform that lists and helps promote health and wellness seminars hosted by independent, licensed practitioners, and we provide registration and reminder services for those seminars.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not deliver medical care, and we do not employ the practitioners who host seminars.
2. Educational content only ... not medical advice
Seminars and site content are for general education only. Nothing presented in a seminar, on this site, or in any material we send is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is tailored to your personal situation.
No practitioner-patient relationship is created by attending a seminar, registering through this site, or communicating with us. A care relationship begins only if you separately engage a practitioner directly and they accept you as a patient.
Always consult your own qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you learned in a seminar. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Individual results vary. Any experience or outcome described in a seminar reflects one person's situation and is not a promise or prediction of what will happen for you.
3. Seminars hosted by independent practitioners
Each seminar is created, hosted, and presented by an independent practitioner or practice. They are solely responsible for the content of their seminar, the accuracy of what they present, any services they offer, and their own compliance with the laws and professional rules that apply to them.
We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the statements, opinions, recommendations, products, or services of any hosting practitioner. Any relationship or transaction you enter into with a practitioner is strictly between you and them.
Seminar dates, times, topics, and hosts may change or be cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants, and we are not liable for changes or cancellations.
4. Registration and your information
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information, and to register only for yourself unless you have the other person's permission.
When you register for a seminar, your registration details are shared with the hosting practitioner so they can run the event and follow up with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Communications you agree to receive
By signing up, you agree we may email you about upcoming seminars and about any seminar you register for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
If you provide a phone number and opt in, you agree we may send you text messages about seminars, including reminders and confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending any seminar.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users
- Record, reproduce, or redistribute seminar content without written permission from the host

7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, and organization are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Seminar content and materials remain the property of the practitioner who created them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a seminar will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practice Seminars, Business Lead Maximizer, LLC, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
12. Changes to the site and these terms
